TAI CHI CHUAN 8 MOVEMENTS

Learn tai chi basic postures while applying methods taken from the Alexander Technique to improve posture and reduce tension.
Effective & complementary combination for health of mind and body. The gentle flowing movements strengthen the body, reduce stress, improve balance, coordination and breathing.

FRIDAY & MONDAY 08:00 - 20:00
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 08:00 - 17:00

Single Individual Lesson 45 minutes : £60
Double Individual Lesson 90 minutes : £100
10 Single Individual Lessons : £550 (to be used within a year)
*Full fee paid unless 24 hours cancellation is given*

Private lessons are only available to people who have been vaccinated.
Please take Rapid Lateral Flow Self- Test before attending your private session.

Lessons are conducted in a clean space with ventilation and distance is maintained when possible.
I don't use a mask when teaching, as I find it unhelpful, because of the need to touch it occasionally, in order to adjust when talking while providing a close contact service. Instead, distance is maintained when talking.
